As a data analyst, I recently completed a personal project that involved analyzing a large dataset of customer data. My goal was to identify trends and patterns in the data that could be used to improve customer retention and increase sales. I used SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel to manipulate and visualize the data. Through my analysis, I was able to identify several key insights that were shared with the company's management team. The project was a success and I gained valuable experience in the field of data analysis.
